Counselling
I provide compassionate, person-centred counselling for children, adolescents, adults, and families in a safe and supportive environment. Using evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, EMDR, and SPACE, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs:; supporting concerns such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, neurodiversity, adjustment to new diagnoses, and family relationships. My goal is to help clients build on their strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
